Main
Choice of the following:
Fillet of Chicken Bonne Femme, sauté potatoes, baton carrots & garden peas.
Roast sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, baton carrots and broccoli spears.
Roast loin of Pork, apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing balls, minted new potatoes, cauliflower gratin, and garden peas.
Poached Salmon in white wine sauce, minted new potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Roast Gammon and pineapple, potato gratin and seasonal vegetables.
Roast leg of Lamb, baby new potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Sweet
Choice of the following:
Fresh fruit Cheesecake.
Eton Mess.
Raspberry Panna cotta.
Apple pie with crème anglaise.
Lemon Bread and Butter pudding with brioche and fresh cream.
Chocolate sponge pudding with chocolate sauce.

Freshly brewed Coffee or Tea and mints.

All courses are prepared in our kitchens by our professional chef. All catering requirements can be catered for.

Costs

The cost of the Main Reception depends upon the numbers of diners up to a maximum of 90, but in all cases, the following items are included:

• Private use of the building for the entire day for both Main and Evening Reception;
• Reception drinks and Toast Drinks;
• Wedding Ceremony. However, the cost and responsibility for booking the Registrar lays with the hiring party;
• Director of Ceremonies;
• Table and Chair decorations i.e. Flowers and Chair covers etc;
• Silver Service;
• Wedding Coordinator, who will see to all of your requirements and oversee the events for the day.

We do not have set prices for the day but will always try and accommodate your wishes to make your day special. We can amend our menu, decorate the rooms to your design and theme.  However, as an example, a typical Wedding, and reception for 60 guests will cost approximately £3,000 all inclusive, with reception and toast drinks, table decoration and chair covers, but excluding other bar drinks. An added evening buffet for 80 will cost between £750 and £1550 depending upon the type of evening buffet requested. 

We can arrange a disco service for an additional £175.  

However, these prices do not include Registrars costs, which the intending couple must arrange themselves. 

We can seat up to 80 for a silver-service reception, and up to 120 guests for either a buffet reception and/or Evening Buffet.

Drinks

A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from our well-stocked bar.  Our bar staff and Events Coordinator will be pleased to arrange your order and meet any special requests.

Our Buffet Menu is arranged in several different groups, dependent upon budget and personal taste

Additional Items
A selection of mixed Canapés may be added to the above buffet menus.
These include:
Samosas, mini onion Bhaji, Sea food mixture, Crab Canapés, smoked Salmon, vegetable Crudités.

A selection of desserts can be added to the above menus. These include:
Mini Fruit Tartlets, Profiteroles, Strawberry Jam Scones, Raspberry Cheesecake & Chocolate Fudge.
