Our Events Coordinator will be pleased to help you make your Special Day, Special and will guide you through the pre-ceremony arrangements and assist you in selecting your Wedding Breakfast menu and Evening Reception Buffet. On the day she will be on hand to make those last-minute preparations and iron out any hitches or issues that arise unexpectedly.
We are able to arrange many of those little things that makes all the difference to a wedding but which may be forgotten.
Table decoration is included in our overall costs so this is something you do not have to worry about, however we can arrange your Wedding Bouquet and button-holes to suit your personal tastes using local florists.
The wedding cake and wedding dress are probably the most important features of any wedding because they become the centre piece and the focus of attention. Both are personal to the bride and groom and often reflect their style. We have arrangements with some of the very best cake makers and decorators. As with all of our Wedding Services, our Wedding Coordinator will be pleased and happy to discuss your thoughts and requests.
You will have seen the magnificent organ in the Lodge room. Our resident organist will be please to play this at your wedding. He will also play the organ in the Function Room during your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet, if you desire and he will be more than happy to discuss your thoughts and make suggestions. However, this is a private arrangement between you and the organist and an additional charge will be made for his time but we are more than happy to facilitate.
Ensuring that your guests can enjoy themselves during the day and have a drink or two to celebrate your happy event, without having to worry about how they get home is often overlooked. We have an arrangement with a local Private Hire company who will take that strain out of your day and ensure that your guests are safely taken home at a time to suit them.
65 Cars are the Only Private Hire firm within the region who offer Chip and Pin terminals in every vehicle. Furthermore, the company will donate 10% of every corporate journey to Dove House Hospice to support the charity in their endeavours. In addition, the company support Corporate Social responsibility and the Greener City initiative by participating in as many environmental measures as possible.
